We are always working hard to develop our science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) work happening here in Scoil Chlíodhna CNS.
In 2015/16 and 2016/17 we were delighted to be presented with SFI Discover Science & Maths (DPSM) Awards.
We were also delighted to be awarded this Award in 2019/2020.
As well as recognition, this Award brings a range of benefits; it provides a structure for STEM work, raises the profile of science in our school and among parents and increases whole school collaboration.
STEM at Home
As people look to entertain children at home, Science Foundation Ireland are sharing simple home experiments and resources for children of all ages. These resources allow parents and guardians to introduce science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) to their children at home in a practical, hands-on, enjoyable and interactive way.
